One thing to say about “Eire”: I love this beautiful country! What makes it even better? The O’ Sullivans of course! Yes, its true, and here’s my special “great holidays recipe”: take a big piece of Sheila’s friendliness, then add some great jokes from “the pints man” (Edmond!) and experience all of this in their own beautiful house, where scones, yoghurt and cheese taste best! Don’t forget some Guinness or some Irish whiskey at night and you’ll feel like an Irish angel… when going to your great bed(s) upstairs! This recipe can last forever and ever. Anyway, thank you for your great hospitality and humour! God bless Irish people! God bless Sheila and Ned!!! Some of the most friendly people on earth, just after Belgian people!!! Take it as a compliment! CHEERS! And see you again - 08/01/04 Heloise Quenon Belgium
